Melissa Rakiro is an American actress and model. Originally from the Philadelphia area, she received her Bachelor's in Theater  from Temple University. She has appeared on TV, Film, Off Broadway, and in dozens of commercial and print ads.

Most recently, Melissa appeared on Amazon Prime playing ADA Romona Paltz in the second season of American Rust:Broken Justice alongside Jeff Daniels. 

Up next, you can see her as Mia in the film The Listeners. Written and directed by Jess Carson (CW's The Flash) which won the Outstanding Achievement Award, Best Production Design and Best Original Score at the IndieX Festival (Sci-Fi) with a nomination for Best Ensemble Cast. It was also an Official Selection of the Independent Shorts Awards.
